What is the Point? Art Exhibition at Mall Galleries
I met Kate Enters three days after landing in the UK, and started working with her to promote her project, What is the Point?, exactly one glass of wine later. I am very proud of the work I did for this annual event and am more excited to be part of it as it grows into a larger effort to invite artists to collaborate and share ideas, discussions and connections.

KCMO Downtown Neighborhood Association
As Vice President of Communications for the board of KCMO Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA), I propelled the social media accounts into the spotlight for downtown living. Working with an excellent team of fellow board members to promote urban living in a suburban-oriented city, our voice became representative of a vibrant population of residents who demand a better way of life in our neighborhood.

BikeWalkKC
BikeWalkKC is the voice of advocacy for cyclists and pedestrians in Kansas City. When I took over as Marketing and Communications manager, I inherited a loyal foundation of social media followers. The challenge was to coax them to show up to real-world situations to support better transit, cycling and pedestrian infrastructure. Due to my marketing strategy, the most people ever attended the annual Tour de Bier fundraiser bike ride, bringing in the largest amount of money in its five-year history.
